Course Description
This high tempo training program for security personnel is designed to deliver quick and efficient verbal and non verbal conflict management skills.
The program explores difficulties in dealing with groups, individuals under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Often run in conjunction with the STOP© Combined 1 & 2 Program participants attain the skills to deal effectively with situations common to security personnel.
The program is delivered through a series of role plays and scenarios created by some of the most respected operators in the security industry today.
Participants building upon their knowledge and skills as each scenario requires an application of the lessons learnt in the previous role-play as well as introducing a new issue or problem.
Course Duration
This course is designed around the needs of the participants and can be delivered over one, two or three days.
Course Requirements
Participants are required to bring a photocopy of their passport or drivers licence, two passport sized photos and their PPS number for registration purposes.

Course Accreditation
This course may be accredited by FETAC or Institute of Training and Occupational Learning subject to the course meeting their accreditation requirements.
