This course is designed to give retail staff an introduction to retail security and enhance the working relationship between the retail staff, retail managers and security officers. The course can be as detailed as required however tends to be delivered over a half day or less. Improving this relationship is essential in ensuring everyone in the store works together to prevent theft. The course outlines how customer care and service can be an effective tool in theft prevention; it also outlines to the retail staff the roles and duties of security in the store.
