Historically security companies tended to use managers, supervisors or senior personnel to train their staff. Unfortunately many managers and senior staff now have additional responsibilities which demand their time. It is worth bearing in mind that regardless of their experience senior personnel may not meet the standards, expected under 999:2004, to train staff. Indeed many experienced and talented operational staff are just not interested in training others; that’s not where their talents lie.

In our modern security environment we also find that work loads have increased for all, as companies allocate responsibilities under the new standards required. This limits the amount of time that senior or experienced staff can allocate to training.

The ICSE provide’s staff training on an on going basis for several security company’s nationally, this allows them to get on with the job they specialise in, secure in the fact that their staff have been trained to the highest standard.

We have deliverd  training solutions to clients who wanted to offer their staff a more secure working environment. Any service provider will know that when your staff regularly come into contact with the public there is always the potential for conflict. ICSE with our vast experience in providing aggression diffussion and conflict management training can deliver systems and techniques to your staff, allowing them to confidently manage such conflict. We work with our clients to tailor specific conflict management or aggression difussion courses and have deliverd these to retail, pub, medical and catering staff. These courses allow the participants to become more confident in their work environment increasing productivity, and reducing staff turnover.
